What we collect

When you send a booking request or message we collect your name, email, phone number, driving licence number, date of birth, booking dates, delivery address (if given) and any notes you add.

Why we use it

• To check availability, confirm and manage your hire (performance of a contract).
• To check you are eligible to drive and to prevent fraud (legitimate interests / legal obligations).
• To meet legal, insurance and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

Our website host processes form submissions on our behalf. We may share information with our insurer, the DVLA (licence checks) and authorities where legally required. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking requests that don't go ahead are deleted within [e.g. 6 months]. Hire records are kept for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting rentalfranati@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
