Hire terms

These are summary terms and should be reviewed by the business before going live. Items marked [like this] need confirming.

1. Booking requests

Submitting the online form is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm availability, the final price and payment.

2. Driver requirements

• Drivers must be aged 25 or over.
• You must hold a full, valid driving licence held for at least [number] years, with no more than [number] penalty points.
• Please bring your photocard driving licence, a proof of address dated within 3 months and a DVLA licence check code.

3. Prices, deposit & payment

• Prices are charged per 24-hour period from the pick-up time. Online prices are estimates until confirmed.
• A refundable security deposit of [deposit amount] is taken at collection and returned after the car is checked.

4. Insurance
